  • Intro Video: A short, engaging video (30-60 seconds) where you introduce yourself or your brand. Mention key services, your passion for what you do, and any unique qualities that make you stand out.

  • Brand Name: Your official creative or business name. Ensure consistency with your branding across all platforms

  • Bio: Write a brief bio (50-100 words) that highlights your creative journey, core values, and what makes your work distinctive.

Professional Info
This section focuses on your professional qualifications and the services you offer.

  • Professional Since: State the year you began your professional journey to establish credibility.

  • Expertise Title: Your primary expertise (e.g., “Graphic Designer,” “Fashion Photographer”).

  • Open For: List the types of collaborations or projects you are available for (e.g., freelance, consultations, workshops).

  • Providing Services: Detail the main services you offer (e.g., workshops, classes, consultations).

  • Additional Expertise: Highlight any secondary skills or expertise areas you possess (e.g., social media strategy, art direction) (125 words)

  • Additional Services: Mention any other creative services you provide that complement your primary offerings (125 words).

  • Why Me: Summarize in 2-3 sentences (200-250 words) why clients should choose you over others. Focus on your unique approach, experience, or creative style.

Showcase your work and creative process with visual content. (photos & Videos)

  • Most Recent: Add your latest projects or work to keep your profile up-to-date and relevant. (upload upto 12 photos & 3 videos)

  • Most Loved: Feature your top-performing work based on feedback or your own favorites. (upload upto 6 photos & 3 videos)

  • Behind the Scenes: Share exclusive insights into your creative process, from initial ideas to final execution. (upload upto 12 photos & 3 videos)

  • Achieved Milestones: Highlight significant professional achievements such as awards, exhibitions, or collaborations with well-known brands or clients. (upload upto 6 photos & 3 videos)

4. Social Accounts
Link all your social profiles to help people explore more of your work.

  • Instagram Link and Followers: Add your Instagram link along with the number of followers.

  • YouTube Link and Subscribers: Include your YouTube channel link and display subscriber count.

  • LinkedIn Link and Connections: Provide your LinkedIn URL and the number of professional connections you have.

  • Behance Profile URL: Add your Behance portfolio link to showcase your creative projects.

  • Etsy Profile URL: Link to your Etsy shop if you sell products there.

  • Professional Photo: A high-quality your own selfie/professional headshot image that reflects your professionalism and personality. (size 5mb)

  • Full Name: Your legal or professional name.

  • Short Name: A nickname or preferred name (if applicable).

  • Gender: Include your gender.

  • Date of Birth: Provide your date of birth for reference.

  • Education: Mention your educational background, especially if it’s related to your creative field.

  • My Story: Share the story behind your creative journey. What inspired you, what challenges have you overcome, and where are you headed? Keep it personal and authentic.

  • Address: Mention your city or country, or a more specific location if relevant to your services.

Provide easy ways for clients and collaborators to reach you.

  • Phone Number: Add your phone number for professional inquiries.

  • Email ID: Provide your primary email for work-related contacts.

  • WhatsApp URL: Add a WhatsApp link if you use the platform for professional communication.

  • Studio/Office Location: If applicable, include the location of your studio or office. Powered by Google Map (search & select from google)

  • Language(s): Mention the languages you speak to help international clients connect with you.

  • Active Days: Specify which days of the week you are available for communication or work.
